Our Mission: Injury prevention, performance improvement, and overall fitness and wellness for “athletes” of all ages and abilities.
Don’t be sidelined due to injuries or poor performance. The answer is not more drills. The answer is in the graph to the right.
SPORT FIT USA works with your coaches/clubs to support your current training program. We perform evidence based functional mobility and performance testing to assess personal weaknesses (areas prone to injury and performance hindrance). Individualized programs are designed to help you improve your overall athletic abilities and are supervised by physical therapists, occupational therapists and athletic trainers.
Though we are serious about what we do, we also have fun. Our training is relational-based with small participant-to-trainer ratios. We also invite parents to join us! Why go to another location when the whole family can work out at SPORT FIT USA?
Fact: Our bodies were made for motion, not sedentary lifestyles (i.e. sitting at school, the office or at home). Current lifestyles and sports training are formulas for potential injury.
Fact: At every age our bodies go through transitions and we need someone to come alongside us to assess our muscle balance and strengthen our weaknesses. At SPORT FIT USA we care about the whole person at every age, (child, teenage athlete, adult athlete or seniors), and take the time to get to know you.
